Responsibilities & Context
US-Bangla Airlines, the country`s largest private airline is inviting Bangladeshi Candidates to submit applications for the post of Senior Executive-Accounts & Finance / Audit & Cost Control to work for its various Online Travel Agencies. (Trip Lover, Travel Champ, First Trip, Take Trip Ltd.)
Budgeting, managing tax payments, performing internal audits, and providing consultancy to senior managers for cost and revenue analyses
Meticulously managing our financial records and supporting investment decisions
Preparing financial statements and reports and advising company leaders on investment practices and strategies
Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
Handling day-to-day accounting
Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
Handling all banking related works
Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
Preparing profit and loss statements
Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
Handling petty cash
Any other task assigned by HOD/Management
