Insurance Portfolio Management: Analyze the company's existing insurance policies and identify coverage gaps or redundancies. Collaborate with departments to assess insurance needs for various business units. Recommend and implement changes to the insurance portfolio to align with the company's objectives. Work and align with the guidelines of the overseas management, give required feedback and reports when and where required.

Policy Procurement: Research and evaluate insurance providers to identify the most suitable policies and coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best rates and terms for the company. Prepare and submit insurance applications, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

Claims Management: Assist in the claims process by liaising with relevant parties, including employees, insurers, and legal representatives. Monitor the progress of claims, ensuring timely resolution and proper reimbursement. Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and related documentation.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies.

Policy Compliance: Ensure that the company remains compliant with all insurance policy requirements and obligations. Review and update insurance policies as necessary to reflect changes in business operations.

Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage insurance-related budgets and expenses. Seek cost-effective insurance solutions without compromising coverage quality.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with the transportation of goods.

Oversee the insurance requirements for import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Administer and optimize life insurance and critical illness coverage for employees, considering the diverse needs of our workforce.

Work closely with HRD to ensure seamless implementation of insurance benefits, provide support for employee queries and ensure insurance and claims of all company’s vehicles according to the requirements.

Manage and enhance insurance coverage for all company establishments, including offices, manufacturing units, and other facilities.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations and ensure the company's insurance practices remain in compliance.

Prepare and present periodic reports on insurance coverage, claims, and risk management to senior management.

Participate in related and other works of the department
