foodpanda in Bangladesh is looking for Executive, Rider Recruitment to join their team immediately. As an Executive, Rider Recruitment, you'll be the face of the company to all applicants and be able to source and recruit the right delivery staff for the company. foodpanda receives thousands of applications through all of its recruitment channels, and you should have good convincing and communication skills to convert these applications to employees quickly.

You'll be a self-starter responsible for all delivery man hiring needs.

Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.

Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.

Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.

Conduct background checks and verify identity.

Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
