চাকরীর বর্ণনাঃ Responsibilities :-
* Drive branches, sub-branches and business units for sustainable growth and acquisition of new SME & Agriculture customers through the creation, development and maintenance of high-quality advisory relationships.
* Drive the team to ensure strong cross-selling of credit products to existing and new clients; and in this process, maintain effective liaison with all relevant business units in the Bank.
* Ensure timely submission of quality credit proposals in conformity with the Credit Policy guidelines and requirements whilst leading the team for maintaining the quality of the SME portfolio within the stipulated Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) parameters.
* Responsible for disposal of all proposals received from the branches as per CRM guidelines of Bangladesh Bank as well as Credit Policy Guidelines (Credit Risk Management Manual) of the Bank.
* Review the new/renew/enhancement of Credit Limit complying all regulatory guidelines and Head Office instructions.
* Circulate and obtain information to and from the branches as desired by the Management.
Monitor & Follow-Up of all Credit Clients related to his/ her assigned Branches.
* Monitor loan repayment activities and take necessary action to collect on past-due accounts.
* Develop new business by contacting prospective customers and cross-selling bank services.
* Prepare and maintain credit MIS for providing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly statement to the Bangladesh Bank.
* Visit client's project/ premises/ establishment as per instruction of the Management and submit report.
* Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
