Complete technical responsibility for the smooth operation of the process equipment of the assigned shift.
Participating in the maintenance activity of the process equipment along with ensuring its smooth operation.
Should have clear technical know-how regarding the operation & maintenance of different process equipment like belt conveyer, bucket elevator, dust collector, ball mill, VRM etc.
Having knowledge regarding the maintenance of hydraulic balance cranes will be treated as an added quality.
Should have the capability to identify the root cause of the breakdown of the process equipment.
Preparing and maintaining mechanical maintenance records & reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information & trends.
Must have the capability to supervise & control the manpower of the respective section.
Liaison with the sectional & departmental head for the smooth functioning of the man & machine to meet organizational goals.
