চাকরীর বর্ণনাঃ
The primary duty is installing, commissioning, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioners (HVAC).
Must be able to read HVAC system drawings and have knowledge of HVAC system equipment.
Must have knowledge of daily operations and proper maintenance of equipment records of the HVAC system.
Must have knowledge of basic electrical circuits and devices.
Maintaining/Scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of the HVAC system.
The supervisor must provide daily installation and maintenance updates.
Monitoring and checking all parameters of the HVAC system.
Cleaning of Chiller, Air Handling Unit (AHU), and Fan Coil Unit (FCU) filters as per schedule.
Identifying all equipment maintenance hazards and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults. •Work support mentality 24X7 for emergency situations.
