Applicant should have work experience about Hospital, School & Commercial building design & construction. Also full project work completion experience.
Applicant should have hands on experience of Co-ordination Drawing
Good 3D visualization and rendering skills.
Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
Applicant should have prepared experience of Presentation Drawing, Working Drawing, Construction Drawing, Shop Drawing, Rajuk Drawing & All Authority Drawing etc.
The applicants should have expert in the following Software:
Auto-Cad, 3d Studio Max, Sketch up, Lumion- Render, V-Ray Render, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Revit Knowledge will be preferable.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software). Revit Architecture knowledge is preferable.
Site visit & measurements.
Maintaining any other work assigned by the management.
