Collect market information and prepare report according to the data.
Make prompt communication to sales/ service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer through social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.
Execute sales approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales confirmation.
Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format.
Manage digital marketing activities on events as required.
Maintain current online contents and promotional materials. Update and restructure contents as required.
Track and report on online performance
