Required Capabilities- Sound Computer literacy and experience in HRIS
- Through Knowledge on employment and local labor laws
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point)

চাকরীর বর্ণনাঃ Develop a plan in alignment with the HR Strategy to make necessary recommendations and implement initiatives by adopting right tools and techniques to build morale, engagement, increase employee productivity and retention
- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions for respective department along with Organizational Development Team
- Play a vital role to implement the organization’s strategies for Talent Management and Succession Planning to build the talent pipeline of the respective organization
- Understand and recommend the competencies required for critical roles and facilitate the implementation of talent and recognition programs
- Work closely with Organization development team to create and implement Development Plan
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development and managing poor performers) to ensure a high-performance culture
- Partner with recruitment team to guide & facilitate in external / internal recruitment & placement processes
- Partner with Senior personnel and other stakeholders in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives to positively add value to both business and employees
