Menu Planning: Select dishes, design the menu layout, and consider factors like seasonality, ingredient availability, and preferences.

Recipe Development: Developing and testing new recipes, creating unique and innovative dishes
Quality Control: Taste and inspect food to make sure it's properly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation is crucial. Oversee proper food storage, handling, and cleanliness in the kitchen to prevent foodborne illnesses.
Kitchen Management: Supervising kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, and managing the kitchen's budget.
Inventory Management: Responsible for managing kitchen inventory. This involves tracking ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.
Presentation: Pay attention to the presentation of dishes. Arrange food on plates in an appealing and artistic manner to enhance the overall dining experience.
Creativity: Have the creativity to experiment with flavors and ingredients, developing new dishes or unique interpretations of classic recipes.
