Ethical Conduct: A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Adaptability: The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or SPHR can be beneficial but are not always required.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in hiring practices.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Promote a positive and healthy work culture and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
Compliance and Legal Affairs: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Manage legal and regulatory compliance related to HR matters.
