চাকরীর বর্ণনাঃ
Direct, regulate and control the administration department.
Ensure development and implementation of HR policies & Procedure to support the company's business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
Ensuring all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.
Coordinating recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team.
Preparing and updating organogram, manpower planning and ensuring all Job.
Handle employee terminations, grievance, equity and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner.
Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
Providing day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, Labour matters, etc.
Reviewing all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with department heads as well as implementing any increments and promotions.
Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
Ensuring proper organization and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative, HR, Admin and other departments.
