Conduct necessary activities for both fabric & garment testing
Overall functioning of core laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
Handle customer complaints and take steps for resolution
Conduct calibration of lab machinery as per the company's requirements
Coordinate with the stakeholders and other related departments for smooth operations
Take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
