Responsibilities & Context
Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML)is the sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MPPML produces stationery and hygiene products (e.g. Paper, Pen, Pencil, sharpener, Eraser, Scale, Tissue Products, Baby Diaper, Baby Wipes, and Sanitary Napkins). We are searching for enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced individuals for its Sales & Marketing Department. This position requires frequent client visits to achieve sales targets and will report to the functional head of corporate sales, MPPML.
Assist in the activities concerning the sale of manufactured goods (Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationery, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes) and services or other subjects of sale.
Meet with new and existing corporate clients, as well as establish new business prospects.
Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will fulfill the needs of a customer.
Communicate with consumers to determine their needs and aid them in picking relevant items that match their criteria.
Assist in conducting market research and surveys to acquire knowledge about market trends, possible leads, and sales possibilities.
Develop and maintain excellent commercial connections with corporate and institutional clients.
Communicate and cross-sell new opportunities to existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement effective programs for improving sales performance in order to achieve profitability and sales growth.
Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
Coordinate with different departments in order to resolve queries/ service requests or complaints of the customer.
Prepare the reports (e.g. Sales report, Target vs. achievement Report, etc.) and submit it to the functional head regularly.
