Recruitment: They are involved in the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and selecting candidates who align with the company's goals.
Employee Relations: Managing relationships between employees and addressing workplace concerns or conflicts is a key aspect. They strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Policy Enforcement: Implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with employment laws, is a vital responsibility.
