Tracking the performance of Distributors.

Reporting the Sales Scenario in written to the line-manager in written on a weekly basis.

Tracking the performance of the competitors in terms of offtake, merchandising, branding, sales policies, pricing, etc. to come up with the executable recommend to increase sales.

Taking part in formulating the incentive policy of the Distributors and SRs.
