Job Responsibilities:

Must have the experiences in purchasing of Sprots goods (Jersey, Ball, Trophy, Crest, Goal post net, etc).

Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost and delivery.

Cross check the technical specification with concern department & supplier if it’s fulfilling the requirement as per requisition. Cross check the stock before purchasing the goods.

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to secure the best value and favourable conditions for any kind of purchasing.

Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.

Analyse market trends, pricing, and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and delivery.

Engage in strategic negotiations with suppliers to drive cost reductions and favourable terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Conduct regular price benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout the procurement process.

Smooth Payment as per the commitment towards vendor.

Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and take appropriate actions to resolve any non-compliance or performance issues.
